Coach Ronnie Elliot is a graduate of Duke University, where he was a 4 year letterman and 2-year Team Captain of the Football Team. Heralded as one of the top trainers in the Southeast, Coach Ronnie has earned a reputation for developing players through fundamentals, hard work and discipline. As a player Ronnie played point guard on his AAU, Middle School and High School basketball teams. Coach Ronnie was the 1998 Junior Olympic Gold Medalist. As a trainer he has worked with Basketball and Football players on every level, and has directed over 30 Camps in the past 2 years, in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas.

Episode 19: Frog Lacrosse Founder Cory Childs

Cory Childs founded Frog Lacrosse in 2014 to start a program that focused on training and teaching the game of lacrosse. Prior to starting Frog, Cory was the director of True Minnesota Lacrosse, and the founder of Minnesota Frost Lacrosse in 2007. Cory’s playing career included Prior Lake high school where he was Captain of the team and MVP for three years. From there Cory moved on to play NCAA D3 lacrosse at Trine University and Carthage College.

Bryce Biel has a long history with the game of football and was named All Conference, All Area, and All State Honorable Mention while attending Geneva High School. He continued his football career at Elmhurst College -- Eventually joining the coaching staff as an Assistant Coach at Elmhurst, where he also assisted with the Strength and Conditioning program. Upon graduating from Elmhurst College, Bryce became an interim Strength & Conditioning Coach at Northwestern University. Bryce is now the owner and operator at Legacy Sports Performance, since November 2014.
